Introducing Follower Overlap

Today is a big day. Today we’re going to tell you who your best friends on Instagram are (no, really).

At Fohr Card, it’s a goal to create industry leading tools for brands and influencers alike. In that spirit, we’re launching a tool for influencers called Follower Overlap. It takes any influencer, looks at who their audience follows, and provides them with the top 5 influencers that share the same followers.

Example: 75% of James's following also follows @aguynamedpatrick, 53% of his following follows @mensfashionpost, etc.

Why should you care about this? First, it’s just interesting to see who else your audience is engaging with. Second, brands increasingly want to know the composition of an influencer’s audience. Sharing this report with both your followers and with brands gives a more complete picture of who your audience is and what they are interested in.

If you are an influencer on Fohr Card you will have this automatically sent to your inbox. If you aren’t a user on Fohr Card, sign up here, and you’ll receive it.

We’d love to hear how you’re using it, send any feedback directly to cameron@fohrcard.com. As always, Fohr Card will continue to innovate and create industry leading tools for both brands and influencers alike, so keep checking back on the blog for the latest!
